Velociti Announces Acquisition of CCCI to Accelerate Expansion in AI Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Markets

Riverside, MO — March 31, 2026 — Velociti LLC (“Velociti”), a leading provider of enterprise technology services, today announced the acquisition of Custom Computer Cable Inc. (“CCCI”), a respected provider of communications infrastructure and data center services. This strategic acquisition strengthens Velociti’s position as a mission-critical partner to infrastructure owners and operators, while expanding its capabilities in the high-growth AI data center segment. Velociti emphasized that the acquisition is rooted in strong cultural alignment and a shared commitment to quality, customer service, and operational excellence. Velociti plans to invest in CCCI’s growth while preserving the strengths that have made it successful.

CCCI brings a strong reputation for delivering complex communications infrastructure projects and supporting advanced data center environments. The combination enhances Velociti’s ability to serve customers across the rapidly evolving landscape of connectivity, high-performance computing, and AI-driven infrastructure.

“As we continue executing our strategy as a mission-critical partner to infrastructure investors and operators, the addition of CCCI is a natural and powerful fit,” said Deryk Powell, CEO of Velociti. “CCCI’s expertise in AI data center environments significantly expands our capabilities at a time when demand for connectivity, compute, and AI infrastructure is accelerating. Together, we are better positioned to deliver integrated solutions that improve asset performance and create long-term value for our customers.”

The acquisition also enhances Velociti’s ability to support geographic expansion as AI data center investment increasingly shifts west across the United States. By combining Velociti’s national footprint and scalable delivery model with CCCI’s specialized expertise, the company is well positioned to support customers as they build next-generation infrastructure in emerging markets.

“AI data center growth is creating unprecedented demand not only for infrastructure, but for highly skilled labor to design, deploy, and support these environments,” Powell added. “One of the core reasons for this acquisition is to expand our access to that talent and expertise. By bringing CCCI into Velociti, we are strengthening our ability to meet that demand and support our customers at scale.”

CCCI’s leadership team, including Senior Vice President Jeff Watson, will remain in place and continue to lead the business, ensuring continuity for customers and employees. “Joining Velociti represents an exciting new chapter for us,” said Jeff Watson, SVP of CCCI. “We’ve built our reputation on supporting mission-critical environments for our customers. Velociti shares that commitment and brings additional scale, resources, and strategic vision that will allow us to grow faster and deliver even greater value to our clients.”

With this acquisition, Velociti continues to advance its vision of powering the physical world through digital infrastructure—supporting data centers, connectivity networks, energy systems, transportation assets, and other critical environments globally.
